Uses

Digestive Enzymes are enzymes that specifically work in the digestive system to facilitate the digestion, absorption, and transportation of nutrients. They also work to promote timely elimination of digestive waste products that are not of use to the body. Without enzymes, our cells would not get adequate nutrition and we would not survive.

Z-Health will offer you choices when we ask for personal information., whenever reasonably possible. You may decline to provide personal information to us and/or refuse cookies in your browser, although some of the features or services may not function properly as a result. W make good faith efforts to provide you access to your personal information upon request and to let you correct such data if it is inaccurate and delete it, when reasonably possible.

Z-Health must reserve the right to release information that you submit or Z-Health gathers in order to comply with the law. We may also release such information to enforce or apply the Terms and Conditions, or protect the rights, property or safety of Z-Health, our users, or others.

Customer Service

Z-Health is proud of our product quality and stand behind every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund. Please contact returns@zhealthcorp.com for a return authorization number before returning product.

Return Policy

After receiving your return authorization number (RA#), pack the item securely and return the unused portion in original packaging with the bottom portion of the original packing list within 30 days from delivery date for a refund, less all shipping, handling and other charges. Be sure to include the RA# on the packing list.

If you can not send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. We cannot process returns after 30 days. All products must be returned in good condition, original packaging (whenever possible) and with all paperwork to ensure full credit.

When returning product, we recommend that you use Federal Express, UPS or Insured Parcel Post, and keep the tracking number to ensure delivery to Z-Health.

If all instructions have been followed, you can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our part.

Payment Choices

At this time, we accept Visa & Master Card for all orders. Orders placed by mail can be paid by credit card or money order.

Sales Tax

Orders sent to the state of Illinois will automatically be charged sales tax. Other states are not charged sales tax.

Shipping & Delivery

Our lowest cost shipping option within the Continental United States is USPS “Priority Mail” and is billed at a flat rate of $5.25 (effective 2/1/2007). Your package will be shipped regardless of size or dollar amount ordered. USPS “Priority Mail” offers an expected 2 day delivery time, although the Post Office does not guarantee delivery time. This option does not include a tracking number.

For an additional charge, you may choose FedEx 2nd Day Air when placing your order. The website will calculate the cost for these methods based on the weight and destination, and FedEx guarantees a 2-day delivery time. Once your order is processed & packaged, you will be e-mailed a FedEx tracking #.

Please Note: These methods are shipping options and do NOT include processing time.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands addresses will be charged a flat shipping rate of $8.25 (effective 2/1/2007). Orders which contain individual items that weigh over 2.5 lbs. (shipping weight) may be subject to a shipping surcharge to these locations.

Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses are charged a flat shipping rate of $8.25 (effective 2/1/2007). For security reasons, these packages do not receive valid tracking numbers. All packages sent to APO and FPO addresses are sent via United States Postal Service.

All orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Items in stock are automatically shipped out after the order is processed. FedEx does not include the day the order ships, nor weekends or government holidays as shipping days.

If your address cannot be verified by our address verification system, your order may be delayed while we contact you to confirm the address.

Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding US Government holidays. Backordered items generally ship within 2-10 business days.

Refrigerated items are kept in the refrigerator until they are ready to be shipped. During transit, they are susceptible to potentially extreme temperatures. Company research shows that brief periods of high heat and humidity have very limited affect on the products.

Order Delivery & Backorders

Our goal is to ship your order immediately and completely. All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs and email notification will be sent regarding backorders. If after one month we are unsuccessful in obtaining an ordered item, we will cancel the item off of your order and credit your account. Please notify customer service prior to cancellation if you wish to extend a back order beyond 30 days. You may also contact us to cancel a backordered item at any time and receive an immediate refund.

Once an order is in ‘Warehouse Processing’ status it cannot be cancelled. This includes any order which has already been shipped, or ‘Shipping’.

After receiving a shipment, please check all contents against the packing slip before discarding box and packing material. The customer is responsible for tracking shipments. In the event a shipment does not arrive, we need to be notified no later than 2 weeks from the recorded delivery date. In some instances the customer may be required to sign for a package, this is solely at the discretion of the shipping company.

Customers are only charged one shipping charge and will not be charged additional shipping to send out backordered items. If a package is returned after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order less shipping and less a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order amount.
